Pull the locking collar off of the hose assembly using a twisting motion then remove the hose from the end of the actuator

Repeat this step to remove the hose assembly from the flush tower

Make sure the O-ring is reinstalled on the barb at the end of the actuator and on flush tower elbow

Re -INSTALL :

Remove the black rubber caps on both ends of the new hose assembly
