The NIBCO FLO-BOSS Union is constructed of dezincincification resistant brass and is specifically designed for use in HVAC systems. The Union acts as a service connection to allow for the installation and removal of equipment and/or components from the system. Union options allow for flexibility with a variety of combinations of Solder, FPT, MPT and Press end connections. Union tailpiece options give further flexibility by adding up to 2 reductions in connection size. Each union comes standard with a PT port and has 2 additional tapped and plugged ports for the additon of optional accessories.
