One piece spherically machined disc/stem is encapsulated (min 3 mm) with interlocked PFA rated for full vacuum and thermal cycling eliminates permeation and possible delamination. Split body available in A395 Ductile Iron or 316 SS; disc/stem available in multiple materials (check with factory) with pneumatic or electric actuation options.

The lug type butterfly valve features live loaded adjustable packing with a unique flush-mounted packing gland. The high performance valve also provides bi-directional dead-end service and includes an arrow on the body to indicate the recommended flow direction. Seats are glass reinforced PTFE to provide exceptional chemical and heat resistance. Other features include the powder coated epoxy finish, direct mount actuation, integrally cast disc-stop and dual offset design, one-piece, blowout-proof 17-4PH stainless steel stem with 304 stainless steel bushings PTFE coated.
