The 3'''' RPHBM Hydrant Backflow Meter Assembly is used to measure water from temporary fire hydrant installations where flow is one direction only. It is utilized in high health hazard applications for protection from both backsiphonage and backpressure of contaminated water into the potable water supply. The RPHBM provides the highest capacity with a short length by integrating the backflow and meter in a single, lightweight anodized aluminum body. Features include NH (NST) adaptors for connection to a 2-1/2” fire hydrant inlet and 2-1/2” fire hose outlet. It gathers accurate measurements of up to 650 GPM, with a minimum flow rate of 2-1/2 GPM.
